Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by post or email).

You may use the withdrawal form provided on our website, but this is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Notice Regarding Returned, Clearance and Surplus Goods
Where indicated in the respective product description, products may be returned goods, clearance stock or surplus items. The condition of the goods is exclusively described in the relevant product listing. Statutory warranty rights and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
For Businesses (B2B)
The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers.
Business customers acting in the course of their trade, business or profession are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
Returns, exchanges or credits are only granted upon prior individual agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, returned goods, clearance stock and surplus items are excluded from exchange and return.
