Consumers (B2C)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the goods.

Consequences of cancellation:
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Note regarding the condition of the goods:
The goods may be opened for inspection, as would be customary in a physical store.
In case of use beyond normal inspection or damage, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the diminished value.
Unopened and originally packaged goods can be fully refunded.

Businesses (B2B)
The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers.
Businesses as defined in § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Returns are only accepted by individual agreement.
Returned and clearance items are generally excluded from exchange and return unless expressly agreed otherwise.
