Shipping Policy
 
1. Shipping Area
We ship within Germany and internationally to selected countries worldwide.
 
If your country is not selectable during the ordering process, please contact us.
 
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed individually during the ordering process.
 
For international orders, additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
 
3. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
 
4. Delivery Times
Germany: 2–5 business days
Europe: 3–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
 
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and shipping provider.
 
5. Shipping Providers
Depending on size, weight, and destination, shipping is handled by the following providers:
 
– DHL
– DPD
– GLS
– Hermes
 
We select the shipping provider.
 
6. Partial Deliveries
If an item is not immediately available, we reserve the right to ship it in partial shipments, provided this is reasonable for the customer.
 
7. Returned and Clearance Items
Some of the items offered are returned or clearance items.
 
The packaging may be damaged or already opened. This does not constitute a defect.
 
8. Damage in Transit
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
 
Any obvious damage in transit must be reported to the delivery driver and us immediately.
 
9. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address information, non-acceptance, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge the incurred shipping costs again.
 
10. International Returns
 
The buyer bears the costs for returns from abroad, unless there is a legal entitlement to reimbursement.
 
11. Wholesalers (B2B)
 
Different shipping and delivery terms may apply to business customers.
 
These will be agreed upon individually.
