General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all orders placed through our online shop QualiDeal.
A distinction is made between consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B).
2. Contracting Party
The purchase agreement is concluded with:
QualiDeal, Mustafa Cerrahoglu
3. Special Conditions for Returned and Clearance Goods
Some of the goods offered are returned and clearance items.
These may:
– have damaged packaging
– originate from customer returns
– have already been opened
The goods are sold with appropriate labeling.
4. Returns and Condition of Goods (B2C)
In the event of a cancellation, the goods should be returned in their original condition, if possible.
If the goods have been used or opened beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the diminished value.
Unopened and originally packaged goods can be fully refunded.
5. Regulations for Businesses (B2B)
For businesses:
– No statutory right of withdrawal
– Returns only accepted by individual agreement
– Goods are sold as seen
Returned and remaining stock items are excluded from exchange unless otherwise agreed.
6. Prices and VAT
For end customers (B2C):
All prices include statutory VAT.
For businesses (B2B):
Prices may be shown as net prices. Statutory VAT will be added.
7. Payment
The following payment methods are available:
– PayPal
– Klarna
– Credit card (Stripe)
8. Delivery
Delivery is within Germany.
9. Warranty
Consumers are subject to statutory warranty rights.
For businesses, the warranty may be limited to the extent permitted by law.
10. Final Provisions
German law applies.
