We currently deliver within Germany only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after successful payment.
The usual processing time is 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time within Germany is 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during public holidays or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Costs
* €3.99 shipping fee for orders within Germany.
* Free shipping on orders of €20.00 or more.
All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed in your shopping cart and during the checkout process before you complete your order.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of the goods, orders are shipped using suitable carriers such as DHL, DPD, Hermes, or GLS.
QualiDeal reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping provider.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number, where available.
Notice Regarding Returned and Clearance Items
Some of the products offered may be customer returns, clearance items, or surplus stock.
The packaging may have been opened or show signs of wear. The exact condition of each item is described in the respective product listing.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery for any visible shipping damage.
If you notice any damage, we kindly ask you to report it to the delivery driver whenever possible and contact us as soon as possible.
